Marta served as Head of Video Content at the World Economic Forum from 2011 to 2017, pioneering a legacy of premium original and branded content that played a key role in transforming the Forum from an events based organization into a global knowledge platform.

Marta then went on to create award winning work as a Director, Creative Director and Writer for some of the world's most prestigious organizations, including Fortune 500 companies, international organizations, leading academic institutions and global brands across technology, healthcare, fashion and luxury.

This unique combination of international strategic, creative and production expertise led to the founding of Cassiopeia, a boutique creative consultancy built to provide bespoke support at every stage of the creative process.
